The Neverending Summercamp
July 19-21st, 2013

Getting there...

The camp is 2.5 hours north of New York City, close to I 87 and the Hudson river, in the general area of Cairo. We will send directions around noon on Friday to only those who have RSVPed here. Please make sure you RSVP before then, as we have only spotty phone contact at the site.

We suggest that you try to get to the spot during daylight, not only because it will be easier to find but to get your own camp set up before dark. We would like to keep all traffic in and out of the camp to a minimum. There are stores somewhat nearby, but if you come later we suggest you get food and supplies in New York, or they may be closed for the night.

RIDES:
If you have room in your vehicle, and especially if you are bringing a big vehicle (van, bus, RV), we ask that you please consider offering a ride to someone that needs one! You can post your info on the Facebook page (link here.) ...you can also send us the info and we can add it to our emails ... thanks!.

The closest trains are the Metro North to Poughkeepsie (about 45 minutes away), or the Amtrak to Hudson (about 30 minutes away)...we will not have any sort of shuttle, so if you consider this option you must figure out your own way to the camp...
